How do I know if my installation will be "standard" or if I'll be charged for "extras"?

A standard installation is whatever is included in your contract so read it carefully because not all installations go as planned.

Generally speaking, a standard installation includes bringing a machine into the yard, excavating for the pool (leaving all material on site), bringing in a predetermined amount of material to bed the pool hole, and backfilling.

The most common scenarios that will incur "extra" charges on-site are:

Buried Debris

Ledge, Rock, & Boulders

Hauling Out the Excavated Material

Poor Soil Conditions

Crane Needed for Pool Placement

Only Small Machinery Can be Used
