I wanted to take a moment to thank you for my pool installation. While I was not able to meet everyone that contributed to the effort, I was involved throughout the process, and as a former contractor, I can say you have a good crew! Each that I spoke to had good things to say about the company and without exception, they each spoke highly of you and your efforts to grow the company. I was particularly impressed with Sean and Josh. I spent the week with them and witnessed first hand how they operate. You have a good team there. Josh worked hard and has learned to anticipate Sean's requests and act almost immediately as the job progresses. Sean operates the equipment as a natural extension of his arms. Sean eagerly took whatever time was necessary to explain the process and keep me informed and confident that the job was being done right. Sean really made me feel that he had my best interest in mind and he took the time to listen to me and really understand what my plans were for the poolroom, he even made some suggestions that improved upon my ideas! He and Josh seemed as enthusiastic as I was about the project, and as the homeowner that was real important to me, so be sure to pass my sincere thanks to them. My husband & I purchased a Viking Fiberglass in ground swimming pool from Cherry Hill Pool & Spa in November 2003. We purchased their Freeport Show Pool at a Home Show and it was installed in December of that year. With the Vantage In-Floor Cleaning System, we have never had to vacuum our pool and the pool heats up amazingly fast with this feature. Also, the beautiful Sapphire Blue crystite color always gives the water a tropical look. The fiberoptic lighting provides an awesome effect for night swimming and really shows off the perimeter tiles and the large Dolphin Mosaic in the bottom. We just love our pool and we are 100% satisfied with the pool and the quality of the work performed by Cherry Hill Pool & Spa. We have recommended Cherry Hill Pool & Spa to friends who have purchased a Fiberglass Pool. October 2007: Diane and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with both the product and the service provided by Cherry Hill Pools. This is the first pool and spa project we have ever undertaken and felt we were taking a risk on a technology that is considered new and very few people we know could endorse. Most people, at least those living on Nantucket, have opted to use concrete, gunite or liner pools. With the project now completed, we are convinced the Viking technology is everything that was promised and we are also really pleased with the look. By the way, even though Diane thought the waterfall was a bit over the top and only agreed to it because it was the one choice I was permitted; she now thinks it is okay since all her girlfriends seem to think it fits well with the overall feel.
